Fill out and submit the form at the bottom of this page.  Form submital will begin the process.  Mr. Tom will be in touch with you as the process moves forward.   **Important***: The entire animal must be spoken for before it can be taken to the processor.  Therefore, there might be times that the scheduled processing date might be adjusted a few days.  If you purchase a 1/4 or a 1/2 beef ask your contacts to purchase the other part of the carcass.  Parents sometimes purchase a whole beef as a gift for their grown children.
